We hired Marketing Blink to do our social media, SEO, and website. I spoke with Sam on several occasions, and he talked a good talk. We are a boutique Medspa looking to boost our business, and Sam insured me that his company would be the perfect fit. He left out the fact that he and his company had no knowledge of our field of practice. We gave up-front, expenses paying for 3 months of social media, SEO, and to create our website. This was our worst business decision ever!

We had a few meetings and discussed color scheme, content, and website design. Epic fail! Their content made no sense since they had no knowledge of Aesthetics. I had to rewrite all the social media posts. I gave Sam a few tutorials, but why waste my time. I had weekly meetings that were either delayed, rescheduled, or forgotten. I kept asking about our website and kept getting constant delays and excuses!

Finally, I had had enough! Hiring this company was supposed to be beneficial, but yet I took more time to correct their posts. Finally, after 2 months and constant hounding, I received a rough draft of 1 page of content for our website. It was not what we asked for. It was their job to design and our job to provide content. I was livid! I could have finished our entire website in 2 months.

If you want a subpar company that drags their feet, gives empty promises, and has no respect for your time and business, then you've come to the right place. We asked for a refund and still after 2 months, have not received it. I have been using Thumbtack for years, and every service has been impeccable and trustworthy. I implore you not to make the same mistake I made! I waited 2 months before posting this, as once again I had one last ounce of faith, we would get our refund. Still no refund or any updates from the company.

I was told by Jason that Sam was let go from the company because of his poor work, but when i called to discuss our refund with Jason. Sam answered the phone. Dishonestly is now added to the list. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Poor management. Mediocre response. The website was never delivered and all social media posts were revised by me.
