I’m a co-founder of a design school that creates templates, Instagram posts, and similar designs for businesses.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Marketerella?

I went to Marketerella for SEO and web development, because we wanted to promote our services in different cities.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Marketerella developed our lead generation website and its different landing pages from scratch. They’re also currently managing our social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram, handling customer inquiries, and Facebook chatbot.

I don’t know what technology is used, but they told me they’re using some kind of CMS.

What is the team composition?

There were 4–5 people working on the website, and we currently have two social media managers who we’re in direct contact with. I also go to their development team when there’s an update or bug to work on — they solve most problems within one hour.

How did you come to work with Marketerella?

I got in contact with them and had a trial. I was happy with the leads they got me, and I got more services from them.

How much have you invested with them?

Our marketing budget is ₹40,000–50,000 Indian rupees (approximately $530–$670 USD) per month, and the total so far is around 200,000 rupees. In addition, we spent ₹25,000 Indian rupees (approximately $330 USD) on the website, and we’re paying them ₹2,000 Indian rupees (approximately $26 USD) per month for maintenance.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Marketerella around February 2021, and it’s still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We almost doubled our students in the first month, and doubled our revenue in the first two months.

How did Marketerella perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re performing well. We haven’t had missed deadlines or similar issues, and we can contact their support team whenever we need something done on the website.

They send us weekly metrics through Excel sheets, and we communicate through WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with other social media agencies in the region, but they didn’t have good experience and were just out to get money. Marketerella’s motto is if we grow, they grow, and they don’t put money first.

Their customer support is very good, and their people know what they’re doing. They’re a young company that wants to grow, so they’re putting a lot of effort into what they do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest asking for a trial before hiring them.
