Please describe your company and your position there.

We are providing SAP software consulting to local and state governments. We have provided services to State of South Carolina, State of Mississippi, Pennsylvania System of Higher Education, Purdue University , Johns Hopkins University. We implement SAP HCM especially payroll for clients. Our specialty is public sector. I am one of the director of EmpowerHCM.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Market Hut, and what were your goals?

Our website was terrible and not reflecting our true work and also when we given oral presentations to clients, its quite embarrassing when we show the website. Also, we were not running any campaigns and when people search our website on Google search engine it was not available and they have to type the full website to open it. Also, it took lot of time to open the website.

How did you select The Market Hut and what were the deciding factors?

We select Market hut because we heard from one of my friend who has already done some work with TheMarketHut and praised their work and then he gave me the contact details. Also, initially we were apprehensive but then TheMarket hut shown initial design on there test servers and it was quite impressive and then only we decided to move forward with them . They are quite professional.

We had initial documents on what we do and then we gave our projects lists and clients and what we do to TheMarketHut and then they provided initial design of website and then we had iterative meetings with them till we finalize.

We worked mostly with 4persons : one was CEO, Marketing person and one developer and one content developer.

After launching our site this is todays report Your Business Profile was viewed 49 times this month INCREASED BY 36% FROM JANUARY 2021

They have a great tool which they provide to clients to see the progress and it will list how many hits we receive and they have a very good thermal imaging tool which shows where customers are moving on the website. They provide timely reports every 2 weeks and one report they gave with old website and then with new website showing progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a very professional group of people and honest.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None coming to my mind but i think they communicate more of there products as we would like to associate more with them.

I have gotten a 190% increase in website traffic within the first month and a significant increase in revenue as well.

They are available on email and call as well as weekly update the customer portal with the workings of the website. Currently, we are on a 3 month timeline with goals set to meet.

They are helpful, responsive, and they get back to any query quickly and are accommodating.

They can improve upon the update cycle for me personally, as I would like reports twice each week.
