Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm project manager for a nonprofit organization. We are a non-government organization and organises annual security Forums and Conferences. This time again, together with our partners, we are organizing an annual “Vilnius Security Forum 2021” on the topic of “Western Readiness to Respond to Hybrid Threats” which will include: a conference/webinar in the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania.

For what projects/services did your company hire MARKEDWAY?

We were looking to create an attractive vizual identity of our event and also to update our web page. As we are a nonprofit organisation and our team is quite compact, we needed additional help. For us, as we understand how important it is to form an appropriate communication to attract participants, this was a responsible decision to find the right company to do that.

What were your goals for this project?

This was our 5th anniversary Forum likewise we had quite a lot co-organisers, sponsors and partners of this event. Due to that, it was important to attract a huge audience. In order to do that, we had to form a visual identity, start a communications campaign on social media and also to update the web page for a better internal marketing of the event.

How did you select MARKEDWAY?

We have been in contact with a few agencies from Lithuania and from the UK. The reason we picked out Markedway, we quickly noticed their professionalism and attention to small details this made them to stand out from the others.

At first, we had several meetings to understand target groups, goals, values of our organisation and resources we have. Then they have been creating a communications plan listed in the exact timeline and communication sources. After both sides agreed on a plan, we received texts and visuals for posts in social media, presenting our speakers, panel discussions and the importance of topics.

Also, they were responsible for ads boosting. Thirdly they developed our web page, especially a subpage of Vilnius Security Forum to look attractive and informative for participants who are going to register or looking for more information.

What was the team composition?

The team for digital marketing tasks was formed of three specialists from MARKEDWAY. Project manager, designer, ads specialist. From our side, I was the person, who coordinated all the details.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As we are a nonprofit organisation, we aren't able to show results in sales increase, but we could see a clearly increased visibility and reach. For instance, last conference we organised before about COVID-19 had 500 reviews and compared to Vilnius Security Forum, it has 2k reviews on Youtube and approximately about 1k in other sources. Reach on Facebook has definitely increased at least 10 times.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I'm really glad that they were giving me regular updates. And communications flow went smoothly, because we used a variety of convenient platforms. Like when they had summarized information we communicated via emails, and we had some questions or wanted to clarify things, we had MS Teams meetings or phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I met there young and experienced professionals. I was surprised how dedicated they are to their client and his needs. As I mentioned before, everything went smoothly without any significant inconveniences.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything always could be better or faster, as there is no limit to perfection, but we are fully satisfied with the final product. Our organisation prefers quality rather than not a complete fast-made product.

The moto Lotto is an online retailer who host weekly/ monthly competitions, my position at The Moto Lotto is company Director.

I hired Markedway to build and complete my ecommerce competitions site, with the goal of devolving a fully working product that fits the design and functional needs a consumer would expect to see.

How did you select MARKEDWAY and what were the deciding factors?

I found Markedway by being recommended them through a good friend who had worked with the developers in past projects, my top three determining factors for choosing Markedway were

1. efficiency - all questions and requests are answered within the hour and completed within the week.
2. cost - Compared to many other quotes I had received Markedway managed to undercut on all by a large margin.
3. quality - Even though Markedway undercut their competitors, no quality was lost throughout the project or from the final product.

The technologies used were python rather than wordpress, Markedway built there own custom code for my site

Our main point of contact was through Edvinas one of Markedways founding Directors, He was extremely helpful, always on hand to call/ email with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Being a new business it was hard to judge how our new designs would help form a relationship with our customers, however we have have nothing but positive feed back and great intrest shown .

The communication tools Markedway used were email and slack, all development stages were on slack, any other communication was over email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive quality Markedway has is communication the speedy and informative response make all the difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly I cannot fault the overall experience of working with Markedway any and all of my needs have been met and improved with even more progressive ideas with.

We are scaling skincare product in a specific audience of people through eCommerce.

We had the vision to enhance our eCommerce strategy to the next level. User experience-based eCommerce site is one of the most important aspects for our business. Having that vision in mind, we decided to outsource the UX/UI and web development experts to get an e-shop based on UX.

What were your goals for this project?

Our expectations for hiring MarkedWay was:

1. Identify our customer's experience in eCommerce and create a unique UX/UI plan and for eCommerce site development.
2. Develop an experience-based eCommerce site for the beauty industry.

SOLUTION

How did you select MARKEDWAY?

We searched the UX/UI expert for eCommerce site evaluation through Linkedin & Behance. After several interviews, based on UX approach we got a contract with MarkedWay that outsources UX/UI and also Web development services.

MarkedWay team analyzed our product eCommerce experience and generated a user-experience-based solution for better e-shop performance in the eCommerce business.

I was assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. I communicated only with the project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Conversion rates increased both with conversions. Also, consumers go through the sales process much faster.

Absolutely perfect.

Their sense of responsibility for small objects with a tremendous impact on a better UI/UX was impressive.

I am the CEO at company iDenfy. We are a startup company based in Europe. iDenfy is providing online identity verification, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and detection service. Our family is built from 30 people.

We had problems with web and mobile platforms, our design and UX was outdated. Markedway come to help and fixed all issues we had. Today we are very happy with our UX design which was developed by MARKEDWAY.

The good thing that we always were in contact with our separate manager from Markedway, so he knew everything, there were no changes, communication was done in the way as it should be. A++++
