I'm Swarna Panda, operations manager at Wire Inside. I take care of all the delivery and operations work here. Our company is a news media company. We share latest news digitally.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mark My Words, and what were your goals?

We needed a website on which we can share news content. Our conditions was, the website should be as per media industry standard and our editors can use the CMS to upload news articles.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We are based out in Bhubaneswar, and we were also looking for a best option in the locality who will develop the website. We have announced about the website development requirement and many companies have approached us. We decided to go with Mark my words because of the commitment and cost also.

The website is designed and developed using Wordpress CMS. As mentioned above, we had requirement of a digital presence and we needed the following features: editors can upload news content, guest contributors can submit content via forms, allow press release content from freelance journalists, setup the RSS and syndicate it with all major news sources and many more.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have interacted mostly with a delivery manager, a developer, a designer and a digital marketing guy who did the SEO and branding for our website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website we have seen growth in traffic, growth in guest submission and also organic mentions from various other news channels.

Their communication is good. Mostly we called them for weekly face to face meeting to understand the progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're a cost-effective and very creative people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have any.
