I'm the CEO of Mehrez Tech Solutions, a company that provides engineering and architecture solutions supported by secure technology systems that improve client operations and project delivery.

What challenge were you trying to address with Marifahsol?

We hired Marifahsol to design and build a secure, HIPAA-focused patient registration and intake system for a healthcare-related project. Our main goals were to digitize patient registration, securely capture medical and insurance details, create role-based access for clinic staff, maintain audit logs, and support future EMR/EHR integration through clean export or API-ready functionality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Marifahsol handled the full design and development of a secure web-based patient registration and intake system for our healthcare-related project. Their scope included building the online patient registration form, structured data capture for patient details, insurance information, medical history, and consent forms, secure data storage, role-based access for clinic staff, a staff intake dashboard, audit logging for data access and changes, and basic export/API-ready functionality for future EMR/EHR integration. The main deliverables were the completed web application, admin/staff dashboard, secure database structure, access control setup, audit log functionality, and clean full-stack implementation ready for operational use.Marifahsol worked on more than just software development. They helped clarify the project requirements, translated the healthcare intake workflow into a practical system structure, handled the UI/UX for the registration form and staff dashboard, developed the full-stack web application, implemented secure access controls and audit logging, and supported deployment so the system could be used operationally. Their role covered requirements understanding, design, development, security-focused implementation, testing, and deployment support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes were clear progress from a manual intake process to a secure digital registration workflow. Marifahsol delivered a working patient registration system, staff dashboard, role-based access control, audit logging, secure data storage, and export/API-ready functionality. This helped reduce manual paperwork, improved staff access to patient intake information, strengthened security around sensitive data, and created a more organized process for future healthcare operations.We didn't run a formal pre/post analytics study, but we were able to measure clear operational improvements after moving from manual registration to the digital system. Patient intake forms that previously required manual paperwork and staff entry were moved into one online workflow, reducing duplicate data entry by roughly 60–70%. Staff could access submitted registrations immediately through the dashboard instead of reviewing paper forms manually, which reduced intake review time from around 15–20 minutes per patient to about 5–7 minutes. Paper-based consent and intake documentation was also significantly reduced because patient, insurance, medical history, and consent details were captured digitally in a structured format.Moreover, the new system improved both data accuracy and security. Because patient information was captured through structured digital forms, we saw fewer incomplete entries, less duplicate data entry, and fewer manual transcription mistakes compared to paper-based intake. From a security perspective, the system added role-based access, encrypted data handling, audit logging, and controlled staff access, which gave us much better visibility and control over sensitive patient information than the previous manual process.

How did Marifahsol perform from a project management standpoint?

Marifahsol's project management was clear and organized. They understood the requirements well, broke the work into practical milestones, communicated progress regularly, and handled feedback professionally. Moreover, they delivered the agreed work on time and kept the project moving without unnecessary delays.Our primary forms of communication were in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most about Marifahsol was their ability to understand a regulated healthcare workflow and turn it into a practical, secure, and easy-to-use digital system. They were not only focused on coding; they paid attention to data privacy, role-based access, audit logging, and how clinic staff would actually use the system day to day. Their combination of full-stack development, security awareness, and clear communication made the project experience strong.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were satisfied with Marifahsol's work, and there were no major issues during the project. One area that could have been slightly better was providing more detailed written documentation earlier in the process, especially around deployment steps and system handover. However, they were responsive, addressed feedback quickly, and delivered the agreed scope successfully.
