Yumba-Meta Limited’s previous website no longer reflected the scale, professionalism or diversity of the organisation’s programs and services.

The site structure had become difficult to navigate, making it hard for clients, partners and stakeholders to quickly find essential information.

We needed a digital presence that balanced cultural sensitivity, community storytelling and service delivery, while remaining accessible and easy to maintain.

Project management was excellent. Matt worked with me one-on-one and guided me through every stage of the project, coordinating clearly what I needed to provide and when. He was patient, gave strong, practical advice, and made the whole process feel well supported. The team delivered everything on time, and their responses to my questions or requests were almost immediate.

What impressed me most about Margin Media was the combination of genuine care, professionalism and patience they brought to the project. Their responsiveness was exceptional — every request was answered almost immediately — and the advice they provided was thoughtful, practical and grounded in real expertise. Are there any areas for improvement or something Margin Media could have done differently?

Honestly, I can’t identify any areas for improvement. Margin Media have an excellent, well-structured process for delivering websites, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Even though we were working from different locations, the distance was never an issue — communication was clear, timely and consistent throughout. The project felt well supported the whole way.
