I’m the founder and CEO of nFactorial School, an online boot camp for in-demand IT professions. We offer live lectures and mentorship from industry professionals to help students build successful careers in leading global companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Margaw Design?

We needed help building a design system and different pages, including the landing page for our AI products.

During our collaboration, I was a product manager at ISSAI, an AI research and innovation company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Margaw Design?

We needed support with our Gen AI product development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Margaw Design provided product design services for us. The team created the whole product design, starting with the few screens that were available at the time. 
We collaborated from the very beginning until the launch, and further while the product grew. Margaw Design designed the entire company platform, including the sign-up and sign-in screens, the main product screens for four products, including payment, billing pages, customer support, and user settings. The team also provided a style guide and developed components where necessary.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one teammate from Margaw Design.

How did you come to work with Margaw Design?

I knew them personally. We chose them because they were a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent a considerable amount.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June 2024–February 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had successful registrations and payments. The product has over 10,000 users across the platform of several Gen AI products.

How did Margaw Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Margaw Design delivered on time and had very quick delivery times. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by Margaw Design's dedication. Ilyas (Founder) always tried to understand the problem we had. I liked how he proposed several options for us to choose from when needed. He also suggested better options, even if we had a certain vision in mind, but there was a better way to implement it design-wise.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I was pretty content with our collaboration.
