• Specification Development (Milestone 1):
  • A comprehensive specification document was prepared, outlining the project’s objectives, content requirements, technical details, and milestones. This document served as the blueprint for the project's development.
• 3D Scene Creation (Milestone 2):
  • A basic 3D forest scene was arranged, including the creation and implementation of 3D models for a portal door, campfire, birch tree, pine tree, lake, 3D popups, buttons, icons, and teleports. The deliverable was a 3D model of the scene in GLB format.

Project mgmt was done through the key contact at Marevo. Not a lot of fluff or extra people tacked on like some firms try to do. Communication was mainly via slack on a daily basis.

The mobile app works great and has had very few bugs. Communication was excellent and delivery timelines were met. We are very specific about UX/UI choices and they had good skills in this area as well.

It’s an augmented reality application with the following features: it contains a catalog with available paving slabs our company manufactures; it allows marking the area and trying on different patterns right on the marked area; user can choose among different patterns and colors right on his yard; the app allows estimating covered area, taking a picture of that, sharing that on socials, and saving all the result.

We provided Marevo with the company’s logo and pictures of our goods. Reportedly, the average time of preparatory activities (as marking, estimation, trying on) decreased up to 10 times. Sales conversion has increased thanks to a more tech approach and wow effect. We can see that we got more effective and strong relations with our contractors and partners.

I was engaged in the project in only necessary moments (to approve a milestone or intermediate result). All the other time, I got on-time reports regarding a working process and project status. The project delivered on time and budget. I have no comments regarding management and believe it was effective.

The concept is to develop an Augmented Reality App for use on an iOS iPad platform that will allow the user to see the electric power flow to and from different assets and AI product. The assets will be placed onto 2 walls at the stand. The user will then be able to alter the environment through the app, by switching on/off devices which will trigger the flow of the current between the AI and devices. The user can also enable different events such as blackouts, high/low costs and high/low frequency using the toggles placed at the bottom of the app screen. Enabling these events will enable AI to take over and change the status of the devices.
