Their scope of work included: Conducting a detailed account audit to identify gaps and opportunities in listings, keywords, and ad campaigns. Creating and optimizing product listings with engaging titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content to improve conversion rates. Setting up and managing Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns with continuous optimization based on performance data. Providing regular performance reports and insights, including keyword analysis, search term reports, and placement optimization. Offering strategic recommendations to improve organic ranking, reduce ACoS, and increase overall sales performance. Coordinating with our team for inventory planning, pricing strategy, and new product launches. Overall, Maple acted as an extended arm of our team, taking care of both the creative and analytical sides of our Amazon operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After partnering with Maple, we saw significant improvement across key performance metrics on our Amazon account. Within the first few weeks, our overall sales and visibility increased noticeably. Advertising campaigns became much more efficient, with lower ACoS and higher return on ad spend.

Our top-performing product quickly climbed in Best Seller Rank, and organic sales started contributing a larger share of total revenue. Maple’s data-driven approach helped us cut down wasted ad spend and focus only on high-converting keywords.

We also saw strong improvements in conversion rate due to the optimized product listings and enhanced A+ content. Overall, the account performance became more stable and profitable compared to before.
