Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the co-founder and director of NNN label, and my artist name is Ingannno. I make hip-hop music in Italy, and I have collaborated with international artists such as Irish singer Jamie Freed and Irish producer Flash The Delivery.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mango Media, and what were your goals?

Each of my songs are different. Mango Media are brilliant at expressing different emotions, concepts, and moods. Hence, I hired the company to work on several music videos for my social media channels, label, and overall, personal brand image.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected Mango Media as they had quite a diverse and catchy range of music video examples. They also offered to help me with my brand logo, artist photos and other content for my socials.

We started with a video call, followed by an in person meeting. From there, we planned the first batch of 3 videos, the locations, the costumes, and a very detailed shot list containing the full sequence clips in the music videos.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Sean and Roberto, and I enjoyed the process from start to finish. I was included in each step of the process, and within one month, every video was done and ready to be uploaded. I was really impressed about the communication workflow amongst Mango Media’s editors. Every little change I requested was fixed and delivered really quickly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I uploaded the music videos on my YouTube channel, reaching more than 200k views in total. My instagram grew exponentially, too, and now I'm sitting at around 12,000 followers. Working with Mango Media not only showcased my songs in a very creative way, but it also helped me develop my brand image dramatically. Overall, I'm more than confident to say that dealing with Mango Media was a great success.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Initially, we spent some days together between planning the content and shooting. Then, when Sean and Roberto flew back to Ireland, they kept me constantly updated. They set up a Google Drive folder where I could see the content I needed; this was very tidy and organised.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their flexibility and creativity to be very impressive. Every suggestion I had led to another idea they had, which in many cases, was even better that the former.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They made things that I thought weren't possible to do within such a short period; the overall quality of their content also exceeded my expectations.
