We contracted with Mamma Consulting to support our onsite ground transportation arrangements for a VIP group of 125 people. They were hired to identify the local preferred vendor, obtain pricing for different vehicles, and to liaise directly with the transportation company. They were provided with an initial arrival and departure manifest that would have ongoing updates as the meeting dates approached. Their key deliverable was to track changes, correspond with the transportation company, and ensure seemless delivery of our attendees from the airport to our hotel.

250+ transfers completed with zero incidents, errors, missed transfers, or service disruptions throughout the multi-day event.

The team was extremely responsive, more so that almost any other company I have worked with on international transportation logistics previously (which says a lot!). They were on top of the frequent changes with ease, they had excellent communication and management of tracking the changes, and were always available for questions (as I had many in the days leading up to the event and while onsite!).
