I wanted something clean, professional, and easy for clients to navigate, and he understood what I was looking for from the start.  He helped organize my services, made the booking process simple, and was always quick to make any changes I asked for. Communication was easy throughout the project, and I always knew where things stood.  Since launching the site, I’ve already had new clients find me through it and book appointments. That was the main goal, so I’m very happy with the result. I’d definitely recommend Roman and MalixCode to other small business owners.

Roman and his team built my website from the ground up and developed a custom CRM system specifically for my massage business. The project included the website structure and core functionality, as well as a client management system designed to help organize customer information and support daily business operations. They handled the project from the initial development stage and created the technical foundation that my business continues to use and build on today.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project gave us a fully functional website and a custom CRM system that significantly improved how we manage clients, booking information, and day-to-day operations. It reduced the amount of manual work, made client information much easier to organize and access, and created a strong technical foundation for future automation and business growth. The system is now an important part of our daily workflow.

The project was managed very well. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, and Roman was always responsive when I had questions, changes, or new ideas. He understood what I needed and was flexible when the project evolved. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly, and overall the work was delivered in an organized and reliable way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was Roman’s ability to understand the business side of the project, not just the technical requirements. He didn’t simply build what I asked for — he helped turn ideas into practical solutions and was flexible as my needs changed. The combination of strong technical skills, responsiveness, and a personalized approach made the experience feel much more collaborative than working with a typical development company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MalixCode could have done differently?

I don’t have any major areas for improvement based on my experience. The project evolved a bit as my business needs changed, and MalixCode remained flexible and responsive throughout. If anything, having even more structured documentation and milestone summaries during development could make an already strong process even easier to follow, especially on larger projects.
