I was the senior art director for a creative advertising agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Malix Media?

We were looking for production partners to create a miniseries of educational videos.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Malix Media provided us with video production services that included sound mixing, color editing, animation, and graphic design. They delivered a 10-minute educational video that was cut down into 30-second reels as teasers for our series.

What is the team composition?

We mainly worked with Max (Owner & Operator) and Alexander (Creative Director).

How did you come to work with Malix Media?

They were referred to me by a family friend who had worked with them in the past.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November–December 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our internal staff and clients were all thrilled with the quality of the work that Malix Media produced — the team was able to take boring content and turn it into something educational and fun at the same time.

Additionally, Alex and the team got some great performances from our employees, which was a feat in and of itself — it was quite challenging, but everyone was pleased with the performances of the talents involved.

How did Malix Media perform from a project management standpoint?

I would give them an A+ for their project management skills and we typically communicated through email, Zoom, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were very impressed with the full production services they provided us — we were definitely fortunate to have all that value in one package.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing they could’ve done differently because they gave us more than what we needed.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would just advise you to reach out to them for any of your video production needs. Nothing was lost in translation and it was very easy working with them.

To facilitate a photo shoot of each of our programs to post on SM and web content; Produce a video commercial for TV. Deliverables were a 30 sec clip, 15 second edit and a 6 second edit to be used for TV, SM and other web content.

Successful, on time and on budget, deliverables of creative video content geared toward our target audience.

They were very responive when we had questions or wanted to brainstorm ideas. Very easy to work with and knowledgable with their craft. They were organized, proffessional and delivered everytrhing on time and on budget.
