Malinski.AI builds custom AI tools and business process automation for small and medium-sized companies. We are based in Gdynia, Poland, and work with clients in the Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot) and across Poland. The company is led by Maciej Maliński, who has run his own business since 1999 and builds every solution personally with a small team — you talk directly to the person who writes the code.

We don't sell another off-the-shelf platform. We connect AI to the systems you already use — ERP, CRM, Excel, e-mail and databases — and automate the repetitive work around them. You own the code and the data, and the solution can run on your own server.

What we typically build:
- Sales and financial reports generated automatically from ERP data (API or CSV/XLS exports), with a short AI commentary, delivered as Excel, PDF or a dashboard.
- Invoices and cost documents read from e-mail attachments or phone photos, validated and imported into accounting or ERP software — a person approves every exception.
- Automated reconciliation of payment operators and courier settlements against ERP records.
- AI agents that answer employees' and customers' questions from the company's own knowledge base.
- Chatbots and Polish-language voicebots for customer service.
- Hands-on AI training for teams.

How we work: a short process review, then a working prototype on your data — usually within 1–2 days — before you commit to the full project. We integrate with Comarch ERP Optima, enova365, Symfonia, InsERT, SAP Business One, wFirma and other systems through their API or file import. Pricing starts at PLN 5,000 for a chatbot and PLN 8,000 for a tool integrated with ERP or CRM.

We currently run 32 AI tools in production across 8 industries, including logistics, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and real estate.
