I had the option to set the limits and variations so that my customers can earn points and redeem them easily. This plugin also has some unique functionality like it provides me access the modify the customers earned points and update their points balance from the admin panel. Features for Loyalty points that will satisfy almost every need.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This is the worst company ever! We bought a plugin from them and we needed extra features. They said pay us an extra charge and we will develop it for you. This is when the stuff started going sideways.

The could not do it for almost a month and when they finally developed it, the product was just not working propperly. We chose a better option for our needs and it took 2 days to do it. Now I am trying to get a refund from them and the will not do it. NEVER use this company, they are crooks!
