MakeTeamWork is an Amsterdam-based facilitation and change enablement studio founded in 2020. We help leadership teams close the gap between the strategy they’ve agreed and the action that follows.
Services: organisational diagnostics, strategy activation programmes, leadership and team offsites, human-centred design training (LUMA Institute certified), and facilitation of cross-functional decision-making.
Our approach starts with a short diagnostic of how the organisation actually works, then involves the people who have to make change happen in shaping it. Teams leave with practical tools they keep using in everyday meetings, so new ways of working stick.
Clients include Miro, IBM, Palladium, Petrobras Global Trading, eMAG Ventures and LUMA Institute. We work across Europe and Latin America in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. Every engagement is led by the two founders, both designers and business psychologists.
