Main Effort Consulting is a veteran-owned operations and project management consulting firm based in Clarksville, Tennessee, serving organizations across Middle Tennessee and the Mid-South.

Founded by a former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant with over 13 years of active duty leadership experience, including service with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, the firm brings military-grade discipline to civilian business challenges.

We work with small and mid-sized businesses, defense-adjacent organizations, and government contractors who know something isn't working but can't pinpoint exactly what. Our approach starts at the front line, not the boardroom. We observe before we conclude, talk to the people doing the work before the people managing it, and deliver findings that come with named owners and deadlines, not just slide decks.
