Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the chief technology officer (CTO) of the company, I run most of the technical matters with in the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Maelaf Brands, and what were your goals?

Our website was firstly designed by a start-up designers however we were facing some problems on finding funds and other technical issues from the website, all this was the website was not professional and our donners was not trusting us in our terms. Then we decide to pattern up with a company that can give us real and measurable service.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have seen their previous works and their reviews on big platforms such as Google and Facebook, We contacted them and they responded in short notice.

We had a kick-off zoom meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and previous designed templates. After a few iterations, their team redesigned and developed an informational Website. They updated the content to reflect our company's services and created a landing page with a contact form.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A lead project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process however there were also 1 full stack developers and a graphics designer working from our compony.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our new website, we have closed over 7+ funds from our donors and saw a 70% increase in traffic, and our donors doubled month over month thanks to the landing page and the content Maelaf has brought. Clients and donors love the updated design, and now they have a better understanding of our services.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We usually had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team If there were any delays within the project, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are always updating us of the project status and letting us know about related matters, they are friendly with their clients but the most impressive quality that I have seen is, they always strive to exceed our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Since they deliver before the project due date, we had enough time to check all the work and run it on test phase, by doing so they were some minor bugs on the About page but We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues and we were able to launch our new website in time.
