I’m the CEO of Wanderfly, a workplace well-being platform that provides real-time insights, predicts employee risks, and offers personalized support to improve employee health and engagement using data-driven tools integrated into daily workflows.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Mad Method to accomplish for your business?

We wanted to build and launch our attrition and burnout prediction platform along with a marketplace of well-being experts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mad Method has built our whole product, starting from taking the idea, then ideating, prototyping, designing, architecting, and developing the web app. The team has also been responsible for UI/UX design and integrations.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Mad Method.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Mad Method has delivered a feature-rich product with around eight features launched. The team has also delivered on time and tested the product.

How did Mad Method perform from a project management standpoint?

Mad Method is prompt and delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.
