Scope of Work
The project involves the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of a custom business web application and website. The goal is to create a robust digital platform that streamlines business operations, enhances user experience, and enables efficient customer engagement across both desktop and mobile devices.

1. Requirement Analysis & Planning
Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand business goals, target users, and core functionalities.
Prepare a technical specification document outlining the features, user flows, and technology stack.

2. UI/UX Design
Create wireframes for all major screens of both web and mobile platforms.
Design high-fidelity mockups for user interface (UI) components, prioritizing responsiveness and usability.
Client review and approval of all design assets before development.

3. Web App Development
Front-end Development: Implement the approved UI using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React or Angular), ensuring a responsive design for all devices.
Backend Development: Build a scalable backend using Node.js, Django, or Laravel, integrating RESTful APIs for communication.
