As the 3D Executive Producer, I worked with Lynx and Bear on multiple 3D historical reconstruction scenes for a historical Serbian movie, which is a work in progress and an ongoing project. Their key deliverables included managing all production aspects, including some parts of the modeling and reconstruction of historical locations. This involved taking care of lighting, part of the modeling, animation, dynamics, post-production, color correction, and overall project management.

• Completion of Key Scenes: Successfully completed multiple 3D historical reconstruction scenes, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Historical Accuracy: Achieved a high level of accuracy in historical reconstructions, validated by experts.
• Enhanced Visual Quality: Improved visual quality with advanced lighting, animation, and color correction techniques.
• Production Efficiency: Streamlined production, while reducing modeling and post-production time.

Lynx and Bear's project management was highly effective. They consistently delivered items on time, adhering to all project deadlines. Their responsiveness to our needs was excellent; they promptly addressed any concerns and were adaptable to changes. Communication was clear and regular, ensuring that we were always informed about the project's status and any potential issues.
Their management of the project management platform Miro was outstanding, providing the highest level of structure and organization I've experienced. They updated progress daily, making it easy for anyone with a busy schedule to follow along.

Their attention to detail, incredible professionalism, and enthusiasm stood out. They sometimes overachieve what we seek, which is rare in the fast-paced production world.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lynx and Bear could have done differently?

The only area for improvement might be speed. However, they prioritized quality over quantity, which I appreciate. We didn't have a strict deadline, so they took extra time to refine things beyond our expectations. Given the lack of a strict deadline, this focus on quality can be seen as a positive rather than a negative critique.
