Bianca with Lyfe Marketing did a wonderful job of teaching us how to navigate the backend of Facebook and Instagram to generate ads and also to do the retargeting with a pixel. We only had an hour, but within that hour we were able to get a lot done and now I have the videos and notes on how to create ads for ourselves without having to pay someone to do them. In the beginning, we learned exactly what were looking for in our approach to online fitness marketing. The next phase was creating ads through videos and editing. Next, we found ways to pick the ads for the business and used scheduled ad campaigns for effective ROAS. Lastly, engaging with future clients from messaging to comments to help them convert. As I successfully got clients attention on my business pages, the marketing learning phase officially worked for how I wanted to perform my ads and get users attention for conversions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As I went through every phase per month, I learned what works and what doesn't work. In the beginning, I didn't know what my account manager was going to do. I didn't know what the clients were going to say. And I didn't know if the ads would work. In turn, the success came from picking the right ads, posting at the right times, and keeping the ads open with a decent amount of ad spend per day. With those combined, I found a lot of engagement early on for one simple post. Saved money, time and effort as I learned what actually works.

My account manager was pretty good at teaching me how to organize the marketing campaigns for my business. What tools to use. How to schedule ads. And operate the system. With many different ways to market your business, I found what worked for me from what she suggested to me. They always delivered on the same day or the next business day if I had a question. They responded quickly with detailed notes and suggestions on whats best moving forward. And also was positive and encouraging.

They know how to talk with us. Answer your industry specific questions. Communication was top tier. Proposals was good from the start of it. And always was professional. Highly reccommend if your busy and you need some guidance on how to market your business. They told me how everything works in just 4 months!

Are there any areas for improvement or something LYFE Marketing could have done differently?

I think they could have improved on what works for my business more specifically. But I am also learning what works for my business at the same time. Sometimes, I would try something they didn't neccessarily think about and it would work. Like an ad for example. Sometimes they would suggest an ad that wouldnt really be effective for my industry. Almost like an example of an actual paid ad. Not an actual good ad. But I learned that it's practice and giving content or re-boosting ads that work well with a decent amount of ad spend per day. And one time we utilized a small ad spend for LYFE leads for a campaign. And that was not effective for me at all. Although encouraging and positive, but pre-mature and not effective. No comments, no engagement, no conversions, too low of ad spend, and wasted money. And we were both naive to that. So, I would say be more upfront with me. Soft spoken advice is good, but if its not effective, do not suggest it. That's a waste of time and money, respectively.
