BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an actor living in New York City. My website needed to draw the eyes of casting directors for various projects in a multitude of mediums of performance work.

For what projects/services did your company hire LYD Studio?

I hired LYD Studio to do a rehaul of my website. To revamp it and draw more eyes to my own services.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected this vendor after having a few discussions with them about what I was looking for and after really feeling that they grasped my intentions for my rehaul and who I was as a person. I really feel they paid attention to me and was able to extract my essence in how my website was hoping to be.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We began our process by sitting down for a meeting and really going through my goals, what I was hoping to gain from a website rehaul, etc. I, then, was given "homework", per say", to develop a vision board of sorts. I really enjoyed this part of the process because I felt it really helped them nail down who I was as a person and therefore, how best to market me to my clients. After this was created, we had many sessions discussing the layout of my website, the overall feel that I wanted to come across, and my personality.

We also had sessions where I gathered my materials I needed to be present on my website, which they incorporated. After that, they took all of the information and took a week or so designing and laying out the website format. Every step of the way, I was involved and allowed to give feedback, which was fantastic. I felt I was heard and that the final product really speaks for itself.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

LYD Studios, when I worked with them, only had one employee, but they were very diligent, attentive, and on task the entire time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have received more visits to my website, and I have received more callbacks due to the information listed and showcased on my site as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a constant stream of back and forth, and I felt it was attentive and effective. We worked well together, and they always listened to and used my feedback to make my website even better.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked the individual quality and attention I received the entire time. I didn't feel like I was fitting a cookie cutter mold to the process, but that I was an individual receiving the attention I needed to create the best product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I truly feel like LYD Studios did a great job at listening and adapting to my feedback and truly creating something I am proud to share with the world. I think that they created something eye-catching to the public, and I am so happy to have had the experience and opportunity to work with them.
