I'm the owner of Marketing By Hope, we focus on helping small biz owners with their social media strategy.

Mike has been able to help a handful of my clients with different components of digital marketing strategies such as Email Marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO and so much more.

I found Mike through Thumbtack, quite honestly he was the best find within all of the different vendors and businesses on there.

After working with Mike on a multitude of projects, I can truly say that he takes the time to get to know each client through a discovery process so that he can create a details proposal on how it is that he can help. From there he is able to break down the strategy for my clients depending on their goals and timelines.

We worked with Mike directly which was super helpful.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Mike was able to track everything within google analytics while giving cohesive reports on all of the necessary information along with ways to consistently improve the strategy. He's great at reviewing analytics, presenting them, and pivoting when necessary. He was able to really streamline all things SEO, Email marketing, Paid Ads, and so much more for my clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was super flexible & efficient, which I loved. As a small biz owner, there are so many things on my to-do list, and the fact that Mike was so flexible, allowed for a smooth yet very efficient process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mike is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of Digital Marketing. The company made refining strategy for my clients that much easier. His experience working at an agency brings in all of the positives of working with someone with the level of expertise without the headaches of working with an agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish I had known about Mike sooner so that it could have made my life a lot easier.
