We start with a short discovery call to understand the problem, the users and the constraints, then follow with a written scope covering deliverables, timeline and budget. Once that is agreed we set up a shared channel and repository, introduce the engineers and designers who will actually do the work, and agree on a cadence for updates and demos. Most projects begin with a short first milestone so both sides can see how the collaboration feels before committing to the full scope.

Against the outcome the client came to us for, not against hours billed. At the start of a project we agree what success looks like in concrete terms, whether that is a launch date, a conversion or retention number, a performance target or simply replacing a system that no longer holds up. We track progress against those measures in our regular demos. We also care about what happens after handover: code that the client's own team can read and extend, and products that are still running well a year later, are the clearest signals we did the job properly.

Roughly two thirds of our work is product build: bespoke web platforms and native or cross-platform mobile apps. The rest splits between cloud and infrastructure work and independent technical strategy and consulting, including AI features where they genuinely earn their place rather than being bolted on. We are a good fit for companies that want a considered product built properly, whether that is a first version, a rebuild of something that has outgrown its foundations, or an engineering team to work alongside their own.
