BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

At the time of the project I was the Marketing Leader at ADAPT by Design. ADAPT provides a proven process and platform to build the systems business needs to grow.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Lumos Marketing, and what were your goals?

We were struggling to articulate our product offering to our target market. It is a complex offering and the messaging on our website was confusing.

How did you select Lumos Marketing and what were the deciding factors?

Lumos was recommended to me by a colleague. I met with Lumos and was impressed by their approach, with a clear framework to follow to achieve our goals. Having worked with many external marketing agencies over the years, this was the first time I had experienced such a well-articulated process.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We met with Lumos to discuss the scope of the project - a new website. Our second workshop used Lumos's story brand approach to articulate the messages we wanted to convey. Lumos then created an attractive and functional WordPress website that articulated those messages. We did a review and made some minor changes before going live.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All feedback on the updated website was positive.

The project was managed using email and Airtable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Lumos Marketing had a clearly articulated process for developing the site, as opposed to a trial and error approach.
