Without fail responded to timescales and needs, the project was delayed greatly by oursleves due partly to having a lot of people involved from the organisation but also because we were not prepared with updated content. 

LukeTom were extremely patient and went above and beyond to work with us during the long delays caused by ourselves.

Without fail, luketom.com always found a solution to problems presented to them and continues to do so. I am absolutely certain that other companies would have struggled with getting the project across the line yet still continued to suggest ideas and solutions.

LukeTom always get the balance of responding vs pushing back when we are asking about a diffficult area of website functionality, there are no areas for improvement as far as Birdline are concerned.

 As a Community Interest Company we required the website to reflect our social aims and be inclusive of the communities we try to reach.

We have had so much positive feedback on the website and it has definitely helped to raise our profile with our stakeholders and generate more business. 

Visitors to the site are using the messaging function and calendar in the way we had hoped which has improved the level of customer service we have been able to provide.
