What I do

I design and build custom software from the ground up: management systems tailored to a specific business process, websites and web platforms, and AI integrations that solve a defined, measurable problem rather than following a trend. Every project is delivered with full source code ownership and documentation, so clients are never locked into a single provider.

Experience

Before working independently, I spent years on enterprise-scale projects, including evolutionary development and bug-fixing (via Accenture) on the case management system used by public prosecutors across Italy for the Ministry of Justice, a real-time backend for EV charging station networks (Repower), a migration from a monolithic architecture to a services-based one for a financial software platform (Allcore, now Yuxme), and internal portals for companies including Bridgestone, Bricofer, and RINA.

How I work

Clients work directly with me from the first call to source code delivery, no account managers, no handoffs between sales and engineering. Projects are built incrementally, with a usable first version typically ready within 2-3 months, so clients see real progress instead of waiting a year for a finished product.
