I'm the CEO of a HRTech startup.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ludotech, and what were your goals?

We hired Ludotech to help us create an interface between us and our customers to deliver our services. The aim was to rely on them to handle the whole development of our Product.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor based on the discussions we had altogether. It was a perfect mix between skills, human fit and price.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Our product is an online hiring platform. We first started our business with a no-code solution using Airtable. After a while, we decided to build our own proprietary solution with Ludotech. They built our product from scratch as a replacement of our no-code solution, as a turnkey project, which took them 3 months. After this first release, we have been continuously improving our product with a full-time dedicated team of software engineers from their team.

We collaborate with them to build the roadmap and the first priorities, and they continuously deploy the improvements and new features. We are responsible of the product roadmap while they are responsible for the delivery, which includes architecture, technical decisions and coding. We obviously work together on both aspects. The technology used are: ReactJS Python NodeJS Google Cloud Platform

2 people : 1 back end developer + 1 Product Manager

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Thanks to the product that Ludotech has developed, we have been able to increase the capacity of our offer by 300%, not to mention the time and energy savings for our teams. They have also helped us on many other issues, either to streamline our processes or to add new features to our basic product.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We use slack to communicate during the week, we do 1 to 2 follow up points per week and we work with 1 dedicated developer who is full time dedicated to our project

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to understand the need and adapt to find solutions is impressive

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are very happy but if I had to underline one point: give even more follow-up on the progress of the projects
