Get a real-time quoteAI consulting and automation for SMEs, from Zagreb
Lucid Layer is an AI consultancy and software partner in Zagreb, Croatia. We help small and mid-sized companies find where AI actually pays off, then build it: document processing, process automation, AI agents and custom web and mobile applications, connected to the ERP, e-invoicing and tools you already use.
Most work starts with a fixed-price AI readiness assessment: €2,500 excluding VAT, 4 to 5 consultant days, and a written plan of priorities that is yours to keep. If we do not find at least three processes with a clear return, you do not pay for it. If nothing is worth building, we say so.
When a project is worth doing, we deliver it in focused stages with a fixed scope and price, then stay on as a monthly partner for maintenance, support and improvements. We use AI for language, documents and judgement calls, rule-based software for numbers and policy, and people approve what matters.
Marko Golec, co-founder, runs every engagement himself, from the first call to support after delivery. We work in English and Croatian, under EU contracts, mostly with manufacturers, accounting and law firms, hotels and travel companies, and distributors.
