Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO and co-owner of Sigma Móvil, where we provide clients with an omnichannel digital communications and automation platform.

Our company required a full technical assessment of our tech platform, in order to determine structural and functional enhancement opportunities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Lucasian Labs, and its founder, John C. come highly recommended within Colombia's developer circles. Their company was references to Sigma Móvil by one of your technical advisors.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Full 360 technical assessment of AIO (our digital platform) which included static and dynamic code evaluation, latencies, vulnerabilities, UX-UI, DevOps.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their CTO was the primary point of contact, as well as their founder and director. As i understand, there were around 3-4 more engineers working on the project as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Received a complete and comprehensive technical assessment of our platform, as well as detailed optimization suggestions, including resources required to deploy them and a projected timeline.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had bi-weekly meetings to evaluate and assess progress during the specific sprint. They were prompt to reply to emails and calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated their technical knowledge and how detail-oriented they were in their analysis.
