We hired LSD to design a new website for our brand storefront Delinut. Our current website was outdated and therefore we needed a revamp tailored to visual and functional efficiency.

We had a few proposals on the table. However we were especially pleased by the teams friendly and straight forward nature. Not to mention the price and project delivery periods were very appealing to us.

Once we got the team onboard, our first task was to decide on a design that was fresh and modern. This was of paramount importance to us for our brand. Once we shortlisted a few, we had the team work on some initial drafts. We cycled through quite a few iterations until we decided on a finalised version.

Once we pinned down the design our next task was to establish the website functionalities. There were to and fros combining our ideas with theirs. This process went through for a few drafts as well. Finally the team provided training to our staff on operating some key website elements. The whole process took about a month and a half to finish .

I worked solely with the head of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Though still early to assess consumer traffic and uptick in orders we have noticed the website to be much more responsive both in desktop and mobile versions. Also we have found the UI to be more user friendly and easier to navigate than before.

I had effective comms to the project head through phone calls emails and team meetings when necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the team to be very approachable. They had up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies for website development. Also they were very receptive to our ideas and prompt to execute updates as and when was required.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Mostly just that certain aspects of the website carried some unintentional bugs and UI discrepancies. This should have been ironed out prior to delivery.
