Our team of 15 in-house specialists allows us to allocate resources carefully, ensuring each project receives sufficient attention and expertise. If a project requires a dedicated team for a longer period, we're ready to allocate exclusive resources or discuss team expansion for specific tasks. We believe it's better to do one project perfectly than five projects "just to deliver."

Onboarding stages: Introduction & Briefing (1–2 meetings) We hold initial calls where you share your business context, project goals, pain points, and expectations. We ask lots of questions — we genuinely need to understand the full picture. Analysis & Research (3–5 days) We study your niche, competitors, and target audience. If an existing product is in place, we audit it. We prepare an analytical overview and initial hypotheses. Requirements Gathering & Documentation We document all requirements, use cases, and user journeys. Then we align with you to ensure we've understood the task correctly. Estimation & Proposal Based on the collected data, we provide realistic timelines, stages, and costs. We transparently show how the budget is structured. Legal Setup We sign a contract and NDA (if desired) and issue an invoice for the first stage. If needed, we prepare a DPA for GDPR compliance. Kick-off Meeting We introduce our entire project team to your key stakeholders. We finalize the work plan, communication channels, and meeting cadence. Here we don't set fixed deadlines but work in continuous improvement mode: you prioritize tasks, we execute them.
