Loop Consulting Group is an Australian advisory practice that designs and implements operating models for scale-stage businesses and enterprise organisations. We partner with founders, CEOs, and executive teams to translate strategy into the structures, capabilities, governance, and ways of working that deliver it.
Our work spans three capability areas. Business value strategies, where we identify where to play and how to win, then align leadership, performance systems, and workforce capability to execute. Operating model design, where we simplify how the business runs through target operating model design, organisation design, decision rights and accountability, governance, and transformation planning. Executive advisory, where we embed as trusted advisors and fractional executives to close capability gaps, accelerate decisions, and keep deliverables on track.
Engagements are delivered through our proprietary OP3 Methodology, which aligns process, people, and performance against twelve operating model elements: purpose, value agenda, structure, ecosystem, leadership, governance, processes, technology, behaviours, rewards, footprint, and talent.
Loop is built by operators, not career consultants. Our Story
Our Story Loop was founded by Troy Cardoso-Vigors and Daniel Marsi after two decades each running operations, people, transformation, and commercial functions inside the kinds of businesses we now advise. We kept seeing the same pattern. The strategy was fine. The leadership team was capable. But the operating model, the way the business was actually wired to deliver, had been built for a different version of the company.
