- Sidekick. A consulting service designed to provide expert guidance to entrepreneurs at every step of their journey. The service is based on the idea that every entrepreneur, regardless of their revenue or stage of business, needs a trusted ally or 'sidekick' to help them navigate various aspects of running a business. These aspects include dealing with customers, competition, cash flow, people management, performance, scaling, leadership, managing pressure, setting priorities, and legal issues.
The Lonely Entrepreneur's Sidekick service is designed to address 15 key issues that drive success in business. The service is available for one-on-one consulting on both business and personal issues faced by entrepreneurs. The aim is to have a sidekick who has been there and is available whenever needed.
The Lonely Entrepreneur is led by Michael Dermer, a successful lawyer and entrepreneur who started, grew, and sold a 500-person company. The team of experts at The Lonely Entrepreneur has been in the trenches of entrepreneurship and emerged stronger, providing solutions designed by accomplished entrepreneurs who understand the struggle.
