Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired Logram LLC to help us develop a new page on our existing platform: A ranked list of generated metrics linked to existing customers and their research. For existing customers this is an optional feature they can use to publicise their metrics and get exposure to the wider community. Key deliverables included:

• A public-facing list of published metrics with a live search bar, ranked by views or downloads.
• Counting views (also of anonymous users) and downloads.
• A procedure for existing customers to publish their metrics, which includes linking a paper, a review by a team member, and the appropriate communication with the customer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success was measured by (a) reaching the milestones outlined earlier, and ultimately (b) whether the page was put into production.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Logram LLC had excellent project management skills:

• Proactive communication at key junctions.
• The occasional, and much appreciated, initivative to go beyond what was strictly asked -- but always with good justification and offer to revert if needed.
• Clear, no-nonsense communication with reasonable boundaries on what can and cannot be done.
• The scope of the project somewhat changed midway; they were accommodating to our needs.
• We weren't on a tight deadline with this project. When there were imporant deadlines of certain milestones, they were responsive and delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

• Competence and experience.
• Ability to adapt to our code base, which had a somewhat non-standard combination of front-end tools.
• Willingness to go beyond the bare minimum and put the codebase on a sustainable footing. For example, they often improved part of the existing code that was connected to the feature they worked on.
• Pro-active communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Logram could have done differently?

We are happy with how things are going. I am aware that naming a few things here might make my review more credible, but I am really hard-pressed to find something that is not nitpicking.
