Fraudulent Company ALERT !!!!! A BIG WASTE OF TIME MONEY and DRAMA.
ALL #techfounders #newbusiness #website #ecommerce Stay Away from this company called Logo Infinix.
I just wanted a Proof of concept website version of an app so I explained the scope of work in Sept 2019 and they agreed on a price and I was assigned a " Project Manager".
I had to chase this " Project Manager" down weekly and he constantly told me that "I got it, I got it, no problem" every time I aspect if he understood what I was looking for.
I spent hours back and forth just to get the design done however, a UX/UI designer who works there is very kind diligent about her work.
Anyway, Logo Infinix claimed to do whatever I asked until I made my payments. I paid full price. Even though I do not have anything to show for the service, they refuse to refund anything and I have no evidence of any work that they did.
I was told the "Head of Billing" was going to call me to process the refund and he called and began to argue with me. I know approximately 30 other tech and small business founders in the Sacramento metro area who I was testing this company out for and it was a terrible experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?
Poor Communication. Lying Sales People
Internal stakeholders have not received the services they paid for, despite the vendor's assurances that tasks were completed. Inefficient, back-and-forth communication has compounded the stakeholders' frustration.
