Lofton Approved is a business consulting, coaching, and sales training company that helps professionals and small-to-mid-sized businesses move from stuck to strategic. Led by founder Mike Lofton, Lofton Approved combines corporate leadership experience, operational strategy, and advanced communication frameworks to help clients increase sales, improve team performance, and build systems that support long-term growth. Mike’s background includes executive-level sales leadership, multi-unit retail management, and operational roles across several industries, giving him both strategic and frontline perspectives.
Clients typically come to us when sales feel inconsistent, teams struggle with communication, leadership feels overwhelmed, or the business has clear potential but the results don’t reflect it.
We work with clients through one-on-one coaching, leadership consulting, and customized sales and communication trainings. Every engagement is tailored to the client’s goals, industry, and current challenges.
