How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was a desktop system that needed to be redesigned for a web system and needed to be integrated into the website to facilitate searching and listing partners. It was necessary for the system to replace the physical card used by our customers with the digital card. And the record of services provided by our partners. After presenting the need, I received a consulting service and after the express analysis that was carried out in a few weeks, they presented me with a project execution plan.

The platform was developed in Python, Django, an API with integration to the wordpress site, client area with HTML, CSS and Javascript, customized administrative panel or Django admin. We held weekly meetings to monitor the stages of the project, where the results were presented and we discussed the next objectives. After 8 months we concluded the project. In addition, they indicated the company that was chosen to develop the new brand and accompanied and contributed to the entire market repositioning process.

First I was attended by the CEO, and then all contacts were made by the project manager. In addition, they had 2 developers working on the project as needed, with CTO monitoring.

After the delivery of the project, we managed to reduce our operating costs by 40% and reduced our work force by 50%. And it greatly streamlined deliveries to our customers, enabling the company's growth without the need for new hires.

Their project management exceeded our expectations, service was very agile, our meetings were via google meet and communication was via whatsapp.

The meetings took place in simple language and I felt very respected for being a layman on the subject, and having my doubts clarified with a clear approach to my business needs, without unnecessary technical terms.

I really only have praise, we even follow the partnership to implement improvements.
