I am a partner at a law firm in Chicago.

For what projects/services did your company hire LME Services?

We were getting fed up with our previous tech support provider and decided to reach to some local I.T. companies to see what they had to say

What were your goals for this project?

If possible, we wanted to find a better fit with a team of tech professionals that did a better job of communicating and protecting our systems

How did you select this vendor?

Did some Google searching and talked to some references, they seem to have a lot of experience in the legal field

Describe the project in detail.

We had them review our network and systems and then asked them to write a proposal outlining what they would do to better secure and optimize our network and then tell us the costs for maintaining and supporting it in the future

What was the team composition?

They have a small team but everyone we spoke to came across as extremely knowledgeable and professional. Since we now work with them regularly I can say that the small team is actually a benefit as we know the names and numbers of everyone that handles our support. It is a family company so you can tell that they take this seriously

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have taken over our server and cloud systems and everything has been working just fine. Any time we have issues they are prompt with their responses

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, we have their main number, cell phones and ticketing system and individual emails should we wish to communicate to one of their techs directly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge level, professionalism and communication skills fair exceed the level of support we were getting from one of their larger competitors. We know everyone that we deal with and have a comfort level that when they say something, that they know what they are talking about.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We wish they were a little bit closer to our office but that almost never causes an issue as whenever there are major problems they make an effort to get onsite quickly.

My goal is for LME to respond to my needs for maintenance and repair of my computers on an as-needed basis.

LME installs new computers, software, and troubleshoots any technical issues that arose.

I work with two of their IT specialists.

LME always responds promptly to my calls and solve all my problems.

Our workflow is very good, they are always available.

We were referred to LME by another IT administrator whose firm was also utilizing their services.

We have worked with LME for four years. They have provided a range of services, from setting up the personal computers (PCs) and cabling in our new office space, to troubleshooting, security upgrades, and remote support.

What was the team composition?

We have worked with both Joe (VP Business Development, LME Services) and Leon (Owner, LME Services). Both of them have provided excellent service.

We have been very happy with their work. LME has always met the goals we’ve set, allowing us to focus on our business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We can always count on being able to reach someone at LME, as Joe and Leon respond quickly via email or phone call. Also, they clearly communicate the timeline for current projects.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We’re impressed with their availability and quick response time. They have a vast knowledge of IT services.
