What was the scope of their involvement?

LinkTech Solutions developed a custom CRM and transportation scheduling system with route optimization for our drivers. The system included reporting, mobile access, and integration with QuickBooks and delivery systems.
Before working with LinkTech Solutions, we were looking at paying for three separate SaaS platforms, all with expensive monthly fees and per-user pricing. LinkTech Solutions combined everything we needed into one custom system and dramatically reduced our operating costs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LinkTech Solutions' system made scheduling and managing our drivers much easier. We no longer have to rely on multiple subscriptions just to run our day-to-day operations. We project $85,000 in yearly savings.Moreover, we saved over 10 hours a week on manually checking driver availability and getting deliveries out on time.

How did LinkTech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

LinkTech Solutions' project management was absolutely amazing. We worked with many other tech companies that only cared about getting the invoice cleared. LinkTech Solutions actually cared and followed up with dates and deadlines regularly.We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LinkTech Solutions' communication and honesty were impressive. They didn't try to oversell us. If anything, they pushed us away from spending more money with them since they deemed it wouldn't be as good for us.
