Linearloop and the talented team help build a proof of concept for an early stage SaaS product with test environment. Later a micro-service architecture and QA workflows were introduced as the product and the scope increased with increased complexities such as backups, webhooks, payment integration and handling of GDPR measures to mention a few deliverables.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes were clear; take an idea from an early stage SaaS product to finished product with market fit. The team at demonstrated a high work ethic following a clear internal process to handling all requests wether it was QA, development, project management or technical implementation. The planning, execution of tasks and the leadership was strong all through out the partnership. No task were too small or too big. 

Always on time and well thought out solutions to complex product development. I am extremely happy with the outcomes.

From breaking down complex workflows down into a well planned project management list with timelines and sprint planning, Linearloop was always on time.If a task were at risk of delay, they always communicated in advance. 

Our needs grew as the project and product grew. It was a smooth path when scaling up our needs to a better and highe performance platform had to be done. Could not be happier with the work. Also with their internal Q&A team, they shorten the communication back and forth and can find any issues early on that saves a lot of time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive was their technical abilities to always find a way through complex problems in the product development's different cycles. As technologies evolve, they evolved too and made recommendations to stay ahead of technical challenges. They have a team with many different skillsets and adapted easily to new challenges. 

Also the turnaround time for new product development ideas was very quick. Sometimes literally overnight. As a fast growing company with an early stage product, quick iterations and proof of concept is crucial in product development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Linearloop Pvt. LTD could have done differently?

Linearloop is a fast growing company, and as in any business, new people and processes gets introduced into the team. I think that onboarding new members of any team can be a challenge and always be improved. Linearloop is no exception and it seems they are really making the effort to stay ahead of the curve. Can only say they have done an excellent job in scaling so far.

Prior to this project we experienced downtime and unexpected disruptions in our services. Since deploy of the new setup, we haven't had a single minute of downtime and we feel confident we are able to scale and grow our business acc. to plan.

The pm works well - they're attentive, communicative and they keep you in the loop. If questions arise, they are quick to respond and act.

Communication is key and we are happy with the level of responsiveness from Linearloop, both from a PM perspective, but also from the other team members.

There's always room for improvement (from both sides), but as long as there's a positive dialogue between the parties there's good potential for long term collaboration.

We needed their team's support in designing software solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our engineering team needed assistance in designing a software tool for our clients. Linearloop Pvt. LTD has initially provided software consultancy services, giving us ideas on what solutions will work best to implement the services we want to deliver to our customers. We've then decided to come up with a data testing management system to improve our UX, making our processes more manageable for our users.

Upon concluding the brainstorming phase, Linearloop Pvt. LTD has proceeded with designing the prototype and wireframes of our test management tool. Additionally, their team has taken care of the documents we need to kick off the development stage. We're constantly working with their team to complete this and move forward with the implementation process.
