Prior to this project we experienced downtime and unexpected disruptions in our services. Since deploy of the new setup, we haven't had a single minute of downtime and we feel confident we are able to scale and grow our business acc. to plan.

We needed their team's support in designing software solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our engineering team needed assistance in designing a software tool for our clients. Linearloop Pvt. LTD has initially provided software consultancy services, giving us ideas on what solutions will work best to implement the services we want to deliver to our customers. We've then decided to come up with a data testing management system to improve our UX, making our processes more manageable for our users.

Upon concluding the brainstorming phase, Linearloop Pvt. LTD has proceeded with designing the prototype and wireframes of our test management tool. Additionally, their team has taken care of the documents we need to kick off the development stage. We're constantly working with their team to complete this and move forward with the implementation process.
