LetsFygure handled our website development, mobile app development, and social media marketing. They designed and developed our eCommerce website with product categories, product pages, search and filtering, cart, wishlist, customer accounts, and an easy checkout experience. They also developed a mobile application so our customers could browse and shop more conveniently from their phones.
Along with the development work, their team supported our social media presence through content planning, creatives, regular posting, and marketing activities. They also helped with testing, deployment, and improvements based on our feedback. Overall, the main deliverables were a complete eCommerce website, mobile application, and ongoing social media marketing support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project gave us a complete digital platform for our business. We were able to launch our eCommerce website and mobile application successfully, making it much easier for customers to browse our products and shop online. Our social media presence also became more consistent with regular content and marketing activities.
We saw better customer engagement and received more inquiries through our digital channels after the launch. The team completed the key deliverables as planned and continued to support us with updates and improvements after launch.

Their project management was smooth and well-organized. The team kept us updated throughout the project and delivered the major milestones on time. Whenever we requested changes or had questions, they were responsive and handled our feedback quickly. Communication was easy, and they remained supportive during the website and mobile app development as well as our ongoing social media marketing work.

What impressed us most was their ability to handle different parts of our digital presence as one team. Instead of only developing the website and app, they took the time to understand our business and customer journey and also supported our social media marketing. Their team was flexible with our requirements, open to feedback, and focused on finding practical solutions whenever we needed changes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LetsFygure could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. One area that could be improved is providing more structured progress reports at certain stages of the project, especially when multiple activities are happening at the same time. That said, the team was always available when we needed an update, and it did not affect the overall quality or delivery of the project.
