Les-Tilleuls.coop is a company wholly owned by the men and women who work there. Its governance is democratic: all decision-making is voted by the co-operators (1 person = 1 vote) and all the profits made by the company are distributed equitably among all employees. Promoters of Free Software philosophy, we encourage our teams to contribute as much as possible to the tools we use. Thus, we count among the contributors of renowned projects such as Symfony (core team), Kubernetes, PHP, Create React App, Laravel or Azure Brigade. We have also released the API Platform framework, which allows API-first projects to be created very quickly and is used on 5 continents by companies such as General Electric, Decathlon, Renault or BNP Paribas.
