BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the IT director of R&R Healthcare Communications. We provide medical communications services, including KOL development, speaker bureaus, training, and multimedia educational programs for specialty markets. We serve both domestic and international clients in compliance with industry regulations.

What challenge were you trying to address with LendingCloud Systems?

For business reasons, we needed to split our current server into two servers based on changes to our company structure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Before working with LendingCloud Systems, we had one Azure server that hosted two different companies' websites. The companies' sites needed to be on separate servers. We purchased both servers from LendingCloud Systems and migrated all the sites for each company to their respective servers. LendingCloud Systems provided support while we managed the migration.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from LendingCloud Systems.

How did you come to work with LendingCloud Systems?

A friend of mine who happened to be the owner of LendingCloud Systems referred them to me. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April 2026–May 2026 to complete the migration. But we continue to work with LendingCloud systems for server support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LendingCloud Systems helped us achieve our goal in just a few months. We successfully migrated the server with minimal downtime. We only had a few hours of downtime to copy over data and parts of the applications that couldn't be done while the sites were up, which met our expectations.

How did LendingCloud Systems perform from a project management standpoint?

LendingCloud Systems delivered the initial server right on time with all the tools we needed to complete the migration. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their support team was extremely helpful and always there if we ran into a problem.
