We needed help with product development and AI-based video assessments creation.

Lektik has been responsible for designing and implementing the software. We’ve provided the content, and they’ve developed the tech part.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lektik has delivered on time, and the project milestones have been met. For example, the assessment creation and onboarding dashboard have been delivered on time. The assessments have been onboarded in two days, and if any issues arise, they’re sorted out instantly.

How did Lektik perform from a project management standpoint?

Lektik is highly professional. There’s clarity in what they communicate and deliver. Our primary forms of communication have been in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their technology knowledge and desire to do their best and make our product unique are impressive.
