I work for a chamber of commerce focused on networking and business to business support. My job is as the business manager and event planner.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Legion Films?

We had to transition from an in person huge event to all virtual which ended up being broadcast internationally.

What were your goals for this project?

To align our speakers, breakouts and business highlights to garner more support in the female owned business realm.

SOLUTION

How did you select Legion Films?

We sent an RFP to a few companies but Legion came highly recommended. Once we gave them scope of work it was a no brainer to hire them.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

We gave Legion an outline of the types of businesses we wanted to highlight. Without a lot of direction they were able to connect with our clients and extract some of the best b-roll and sound bites from an otherwise challenging situation. Not everyone is groomed to be on camera and they made our clients look good. The videos were used for commercial spots during the conference and then as marketing tools for the businesses to use at their disposal.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Communication was ESSENTIAL due to the timing on transitioning from in person to virtual so video was an important element. The Legion team was unrivaled in their response rate and turn around time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had 1000+ viewers for our event and the videos have continued to garner traction post event. a success all the way around!
