Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an internal auditor at the Tanger Med Zones (TMZ). Our company is an operational vehicle in the development of Industrial Platforms in the region of northern morocco.

For what projects/services did your company hire Leapstone Paths, and what were your goals?

We hired Leapstone Paths to operate a diagnostic and an audit of the management system of maintenance of our company. The main objective was to implement and develop an affective and efficient system of maintenance which was not implemented.

How did you select Leapstone Paths and what were the deciding factors?

We searched by a request for proposals for this projet. After examination of the received offers, we selected Leapstone Paths for the technical skills and cost estimated

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had meetings to discuss the goals and objectives. We collected different informations, documents and had meeting also with managers of all processes that were involved in this project. The project was divided in two phases, the first was to diagnose and describe the management system of maintenance and present the principales kies to implement a new system of maintenance. The second phase was about an operational support for the implementation of the recommendations of phase one.

We collaborated with Mr Hicham, the main manager of Leapstone Paths.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Leapstone Paths gave us a new vision to develop a new maintenance process thanks to its know-how and operationnal skills of its manager. The team's excellent analysis skills were impressive in the workflow.
