Every time we reached out we had multiple available designers that matched our criteria within a couple of days, ready to get going. the videos of the designers also really help choose the right one.

I worked with 3 designers on different projects since last year. A web designer who worked on two client websites, a UX/UI designer for an app project, and a graphic designer who did some custom illustrations for another website. They all worked under my direction

I had a smooth experience the 3 times. It takes like 3-5 days between the call with leanteams and the moment I have someone working for me
